Sometimes I work shifts of more than twelve hours. After these, I tend to sleep for about twelve hours. The time I go to sleep has an influence too. If I go to sleep when I would usually be awake, I sometimes sleep right through the "awake" period and keep sleeping through the time I usually sleep in. This is how I normally end up sleeping for twelve or more hours.

Lol my dad always says that. If I sleep in or something, he wakes me up and says "you have plenty of time to sleep when you're 6 feet under".
