They're well aware of his record and what he's capable of doing, so logic has It, they'll up their security and keep a close eye on him.

Are there not privacy laws or something? Like can he be filmed whilst in the shower for example, as that was how he escaped once.

I'd say there will be, but to what extent, remains to be seen.

Legislation differs from one district/country to another.

I do agree and I'd say they'll be extra cautious with their security, but given he's escaped twice already, there's every chance he can do so again.

I doubt he will not escape. Also this he is in a maximum security prison. Also this he not well like anymore. if he did escape he might get killed.

probably hes going to be "DEAD", however health issues led me to think he is not on good terms with actual gov. maybe with the next president.
