I like it.. I'd replace red with blue though. (just my personal opinion) 7/10.

It looks pretty damn good in my opinion. But did you custom design the skull? I'm sure I've seen it somewhere before.

Colors are dreary and you need to make the background transparent.
It can be done easily with Paint.net simply by using the wand tool then clicking the background and press the delete key.
