Just straight up tell them. I can’t stand it when people smell, like do you not know what a shower or deodorant is? Telling them they smell to their face will probably make them uncomfortable, but that’s the price they for smelling like shit.

Got the same issue with the guy that works as a waiter in the restaurant that im working in
Absolutely disgusting
And no-one know how to tell him not to "hurt" him

Maybe Ask If everything is okay, and If he asks why, then tell. There might Be numerous reasons.

Better to not tell, I once just gif*ed my girlfriend a pack of shampoos and creams and we had a huge fight because I somehow told her indirectly that she smells
