How do you fix your mistakes? 01-28-2014, 03:34 AM
#1
I am a big believer in apologizing to others for my mistakes and taking direct action to clean them up. It's the only way to keep my life as peaceful as possible. But, my approach is one developed over time.
I used to try and justify my mistakes or sweep them under the rug. This never worked out well. For this reason, I decided to change.

I used to be the same way. I have "grown up" a lot over the last few years, I guess you could say. I don't try to hide my mistakes or make excuses for them. If I screw up, I'll own it. That's the best way to remedy the situation and get it out of the way so that you can move on.

I don't. I allow them to continue until one day I accumulate all these mistakes and look back and decide that those mistakes have made me the great god I am today.

I realize that thinking about it won't get me anywhere and what happened in the past can't be changed, then analyze the situation and consider what I can try and do to make the situation better.

I usually try not to make mistakes or do anything that will result in me having to apologize. But really a lot of fun things often end in apologizing. I feel that once you understand that you did something wrong, and tell that person your sorry, and understand its your fault, you should be able to move on from there. If the person you wronged decides that that is not good enough then that is there problem.

I have learned a lot from my mistakes, which I don't repeat the same mistakes that I have done. I usually think back my mistakes, and ways to solve them because there is always a way to solve everything. I have actually done my best not to do the same mistakes I have ever gone through.

I think the only way is to do the above ^ you cant always undo them, so just fix them by not repeating I guess.
