I'm not even sure if you are trying to gain weight so I don't really want to tell you what to do.

But I was very light and just thought I would never gain weight, and thinking I was eating 2500+ cals a day. I took the effort to actually track my cals throughout the week and some days where I was sidetracked playing games, I was barely eating 1500. Sometimes you snack all day and think you are eating a shit ton but those suckers aren't getting you the amount you need.

I still struggle to eat above my maintenance because it feels like I'm eating half of my pantry every day, but fuck it, I wanna gain weight.

But seriously, the biggest overestimate people make is how many calories they consume.

I have counted my calories. My older brother was just like me until he was almost 18, then he shot up to 180 pounds within a couple months.
