VPNbook is good.
I use nVPN myself.
Free ones work fine for bypassing IP bans on Minecraft or Runescape private servers.

Any VPN is good if you're going to use it for just a general purposes.
But if you're going to be hacking on it, you need to get a logless VPN.

If you're looking for a logless VPN, I'd go with nVPN.

If we read the OP's post we can tell he didn't mention hacking. So any free VPN should work fine.
