Hey, Photoshop CC

Hey, i'm having some problems with Adobe photoshop CC, When i try to open a .psd file or any file at that, It wont open it, and it will just stand there, i'm wondering if someone can help me out here, thanks.

Might want to reinstall Photoshop.

Right click it and make sure it's set to open with Photoshop.

I don't understand what you mean. What does the icon of the PSD look like anyway? can you make a screenshot? Try this to, Open photoshop > Click file > click open > find the psd and click ok.

When i open Photoshop CC, It wont load any PSD's for some reason.

Just use CS6 or CS5 :yep:
