By not laying a finger on the unit, I don't understand how this Is possible.

Probably by coincidence It crashed.
probably not since it happened a few times

yeah its weird if you touch your laptop and it happens thats mean something is not well pluged inside it that can be affecting by soft hits or hand hits. so you still can open the screen or no ? i think the problem is with the Power button try to remove it and powerOn your laptop with a screw driver by touching the port to make a closed circuit(trust me u have to try this).

you have to try to unplugg the button circuit and powerOn with a screw driver and see what happens.

the button circuit woudn't be the problem either, the laptop boots up "fine"

i told you that because it happened to me in my old laptop, it boots up fine and open the windows but sometimes it shutdown, and sometimes it powers the laptop but the screeen is black. this is all fixed by removing the button circuit and booted it with a screwdriver and never used the button after still working fine after 6 months of doing that. can you decribe what exactly happens now to you ?

well i kinda wanted to give it a shot however i do not know how to do it.

PS: ive tried booting with most things unplugged so theres a chance it is it, however, the ppwer button still boots the computer (well, kinda) but i dont think im POSTing, even after 1 hour, ive plugged an hdmi cable to my other laptop to act as a second monitor but i have nothing.

That's fine.

My Intention was to suggest that It's certainly worth trying, namely because there's nothing to lose.

i would like you to try it its very easy, give us a close picture of it ?. most likely you find the button circuit leads under the keyboard of the laptop so if you trace it there remove the keyboard from above and unblug it. i know its not every laptop you can remove its keyboard but idk about yours.

this is an example video on how to remove a keyboard on a dell : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GplXVYvLnUM

this screenshot from that video that i show you where is the power button leads to under the keyboard :

and this is a toturial on a HP laptop also i think its similar from seing the picture: keyboard replacement HP
