Hi Members, Moderators, VIP, & Admins of Sinisterly.
It's taken me 2 years to write this, Lol. No, not really, I just wanted some time with my Family away from a Terminal.
I'll go way back to Circa 2006 when I got my first PC, I think we was on a Dial Up Connection, and we had AOL. Everything was very Primitive, your standard Chatrooms, PMs etc.
I was on Windows ME or something and after a few Weeks of getting to Grips with this whole new world, I wanted to figure out a way to "Exploit" it, so I downloaded a bunch of AOL VB6 Tools, mostly Macro Flooders for the Chatrooms, Bundled with 30 - 50 Trojans in each Binary. We got Banned eventually since I figured out how to edit things in AOL from the Server Side and thankfully the Feds didn't show up, which they wanted to do.
These days, I've been running GNU/Linux for more than a Decade, I refurbish PCs and Laptops for a living, I repair Systems as a Side job for other people, but financially, it's a struggle.
I started getting a bit more serious back in 2009 when a friend IRL told me that he was going to him friend's house and he "Hacks WiFi" - I was intrigued and never thought of this, a few weeks passed and I was on PAYG Internet, my last 2 GB was running out, so I seeked out, Hacking WEP Encryption, I used my last 2 Gigs of Data, Downloading Backtrack 5 and I owned my first WEP Network.
As the years went on, I bought more high Gain antennas, I taught myself tips to break WPA Encryption, I really started getting into it when the WPS Flaw was released, I would set up Rogue APs with Adapters Jamming both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz and piggyback on the WiFi.
I own a Repeater now, so all the Networks are stored inside the repeater to be used on Laptops, PCs, Consoles, Cell Phones etc.
I do CTF now, and a lot of Pentesting with Metasploit, I admit I'm still a Newbie in Web Server Security but I try to learn when I can.
So yeah... Sorry for the long intro
It's great to be here!
Kind Regards,
VioleXOR.
