Targeting and exploiting the health system, particularly during the critical times of the pandemic, Is heartless and the most despicable act of evil that can never be forgiven.

I hope those who're responsible are served with a hefty prison sentence, at the least.

Some days ago Europol and FBI joined the investigation, so hopefully they can catch the hackers

They will be caught eventually, particularly If they operate on a large scale with many members Involved - some type of Identifiable footprint will be exposed.
