can you please provide some more explanation ,
what OS you are running ?
In vista or above you can Enable telnet port 23 from
Code:
Control Panel -- > Programs --> Turn Windows features on or off
in linux
find
Code:
/etc/xinet.d/krb5-telnet
and change it to
and run the code
Code:
service xinetd restart
chkconfig telnet on
chkconfig --list|grep telnet
