If you care about her at all, honesty is the best policy. Tell her you need to talk and be blunt about the situation. Manipulating her into to breaking up with you is convoluted and likely to cause further problems.

Tell her you are gay. You could even stage having sex with another man when she walks in to really sell it.
This way there are no hard feelings. It is also pride month so the timing works out.
