HELP ME-I have beem scammed/American VS British police

Could someone please help me to find another phone number his might have, Or one of his relative's?
I must reach him, And I will call and call until he answers. I doubt the police will help in such a case.

The police will help unless you did something illegal to get the headphone amp, in which case you're boned. And I highly doubt anyone is going to help you, you'd be better off looking somewhere else.

I certainly didn't do anything illegal, But since the credit card company doesn't care about me,
Maybe they won't consider what the buyer did illegal.

Why won't the police help you? Have you tried? Also a lawyer might help, but you'll probably end up losing more money, but he'll get punished for what he did.

I still need the money. If he is smart enough he will understand that his peace of mind is worth more than stealing my device, And he will prefer to not be harassed.

Ah op, 5 damn pages, you didn't get it yet? No one is going to help you mate, even if they did nothing is going to change, harass the scammer and he may surrender? WTF are you talking about? People told you what to do, call the fucking cops, that's your only option here so just go and fucking do it...

I am not from the "fucking" US, so how will I "fucking" call the cops? Also, If I want to "fucking" taking him to court I will have to fly to Georgia, Which I am not going to do. I guess it is possible that if I will harass him without stopping, He may contact me at least and maybe return the damn thing. What do you want me to do? To fucking shut up when someone has taken my fucking 1695$ worth item?
Also, Even if I don't get my item back, I want him to just fucking suffer, Yep, I want him to regret it so much.
Such a person should not be allowed to live. A person which has no morality whatsoever. What next, He will kill somebody because he has taken his fucking girlfriend? Yes it is possible, Because he wouldn't MIND.
