They certainly can through cell tower triangulation.

Although not as effective as GPS tracking via precise coordinates (latitude and longitude), It's still pretty good for an approximate trace to the nearest tower formation of the triangle at a given point In time.

I find it really quite amusing when a massive shooting happens in America. Someone suggests regulating firearms more, and you all lose your minds. I could plot the correlation between firearms and gun-related deaths on a graph...

I'm not denying the fact that there would be no shootings if there were no firearms. I'm personally happy to live somewhere that allows you the freedom to own them. I'd also like it to stay that way. Either way, British cops don't have that freedom.

Crazy people will do crazy shit regardless of the law. When you ban firearms, criminals don't say "well now that it's illegal I better turn it in." The only people that would do so are the law abiding citizens who aren't the problem in the first place.

If a wack job can't get a gun, they'll just use a kitchen knife, hammer, screwdriver, car, fireworks, sword, etc etc etc.

I'm thankful every day for my right as an American to protect myself and my family. I've been in situations before where I was thankful to have had my gun on my hip. When a car behind you starts shooting, you clutch that piece like you life depends on it (because it might).

I don't know about you, but I could do a lot more damage with a gun than with a kitchen knife. Making something illegal means you enforce it. Guns are rare here. We don't really need to defend our life as extremely as you guys do.

Also, you wouldn't need to clutch that gun because the car behind you wouldn't start shooting...

EDIT: Just to be clear, I do support gun rights. I just think they should be regulated a little more...

Hi everyone, I see you find my helplessness amusing, I really would like to know why, Just out of curiousity, No hard feelings. Was it the helplessness in which I wrote, Or something else? Do you laugh with me-Or at me? Be honest!

I asked you to to help me this way because:
PayPal does NOT help me. They just say I should contact the buyer, Even though I keep telling them he DOESN'T respond.
They just don't care.
Audiogon can't help me.
I don't want to get the police involved-I really don't have the energy, And I suspect there may not be enough evidence for them.
I live far away from the buyer, So court will be a lot of trouble.

Also, Because I don't want to involve the police and the law yet, I think he DESERVES to be harassed by MANY, MANY people. Oh, This vengeance will be as sweet as a candy!

Negative my friend, the "amusement" has no bearing upon you in an insulting or negative manner. More to the point, it was merely your use of words that I found to be quite refreshing truth be told.
