iv'e been checking the HC shop recently and i haven't seen anything in there its just an empty list is that cause theres nothing there or its just my crappy computer

Are you expanding the shop menu's?
"General Market" will have a + icon to the right of it.

when i go on the shop i only see a + for advertising
