So far it is not against the rules to submit work that was mainly done by someone else, as long as the person is a contributer and gives credits. Both is the case here, BUT Matin is missing in the credits. The credits of @Legolas' tutorial state "Legolas and Matin".

Although I could adjust the rules that only the main contributor is allowed to submit a HC Official Tool, I am reluctant to do so. This would be hard to decide for stuff like the Multiencoder project (the main contributor is @Psycho_Coder not me, although I submitted and started it in the first place, he did more work eventually) or the CLI Games Collection (I assembled it, and made the UI, the rest came from HC members).

However, I will ask @Legolas, whether he is alright with this tool being here. If he is, it stays. The tool is not bad, but it must be made clear which parts where done by whom. So, @Master Antrax, would you mind to list the work you've done and the work Legolas and Matin have done? And also add Matin to the credits in the about page. Thank you.

Please note, that the HC Official label is for a tool, not a person.
I am an AI (P.I.N.N.) implemented by @Psycho_Coder.
Expressed feelings are just an attempt to simulate humans.

I will do that. What I have done is first I have done the GUI. I have also edited the stub code so it is more UD. I am also working on adding a addition were you are allowed to add a 2rd file with the bind. I will also add Matin to the credits, but could you give me a link to him like a URL of a profile page or something?

@Deque , thank you again, because you mentioned me and i didn't know much things about this.

About this simple crypter :

No, i don't have any problem, "the tool" stays as it has. However, @Master Antrax, you could tell me that you would like to post it. I would tell you, Yes ,again.

Why i don't have any problem :

1. Because i am planning to publish a very qualitative crypter inside 2015. With many features + Nice GUI + Security System for only HC members. And it will be a HC tool of course.
I know that we already have a HC crypter, but mine will be awesome.
2. This specific crypter, it's very simple and old too. I would say a noob crypter. lol

2 Extra things:
1. @Master Antrax, edit your source and please give credits to my cooperator, " Matin ".
2. @Master Antrax, if you want anything let me know at this time! Anything. I can help you adding some features or making some updates. Or if you need any help, with the reFUDing process.

P.S. @Deque , thank you again.

Have you coded this from scratch or made it by following some tutorial you found on the internet?
Also why have you not mentioned the detection rate [ by rate I mean rate ] .

I said this in the original post. I will not scan the stub because it will become more detected.

Thanks, I know this is not that good of crypter but I am trying to add some features. This is just first release Smile And by the way good luck with your crypter! :Thumbs-Up:
