On a computer device you have to setup a simple model. Similar to a proxy, you have to use a language that generate less traffic for example a Ajax or JavaScript request and host in a server with php. This way you can send hits that take less than a second and the server takes 2 seconds. Add a few servers and make the program work in a loop and you have a DDOS tool.

Essencially you have all the basics to do a DDOS attack from a single machine. Creating and using nodes to distribute page request...

As you said its a batch script so first of all its not a ddos tool its a dos tools which doesnt even do that except ping a website probably.

I have a nice little Github repository full of some decent DoS tools. It looks like you use Windows though, haha. Meaning it would take more work setting things up to use them, instead of simply typing "git clone github.com/example-tool" like you would on linux
