Gym Routine #1
I currently do not go to the gym. What's the best routine you ladies and gentlemen have used for beginners? I'd hate to pay somebody to teach me but I would if recommended.

Exact gym routines do not matter. You should train the most optimal way that you can to achieve the specific goal you have in the gym.

Really just watch a few YouTube videos of workouts and just try to feel the specific muscles working to make sure your doing it right, you won’t get anything perfect first go but like anything, practice makes perfect.
