Well if that community can take one thing from this, I bet no kid will ever change their teachers' wallpaper to something inappropriate ever again. I think America should have punishments like that for other things. An example is swatting. If a a swatter gets sentenced life in prison, I swatting will almost stop.

To be honest, our justice system is overly harsh. We need to focus a bit more on rehabilitation and less on punishment. Prisoners should at least have decent living conditions.
