Hm, yeah maybe if you've never seen code before.

If you know how to write a basic function, I would suggest just jumping into projects. It's the fastest way to learn. Google as you go.

I am surprised no one has mentioned https://www.udemy.com/. It's a great site for most languages and has a lot of free, as well as paid courses. It's hit or miss depending on the instructor you get, but overall it's pretty helpful.

There is nothing better than finding a company in which they will help you grow, for example, Computools . They have a very strong practice for beginners.

Since this is bumped anyway.

I'd like to add Pluralsight which is a paid platform but a good one nonetheless. It's expensive but you have paths, up-to-date tutorials, certification exam preparations, and just in general a lot of content about programming, networking and pretty much anything IT related.
Also if you want to learn some basic reverse engineering and hacking I can recommend the channel of LiveOverflow.

Of course, there are a lot more but these are the 2 that pop into my mind right now.
