RE: Google's New Logo #2
I went to google.com to check that it wasn't as cancerous and cartoony as it looked in the video and they fucking popped up a hand that cleared the old logo and started drawing a new one with chalk. What the fuck.

Edit:

I don't like It at all, Inclusive of their new favicon.

I realize It's not supposed to be a work of art, but It looks like something they've put together via mspaint, very unprofessional.
Edit: Typo.

The only thing I like is the new favicon.

I like the new font. The favicon confused me a bit, since it was the same for so long.

No matter if it is a new facebook design, youtube features, or a new style of clothing - most people will be clinging to what they know best.

Well said.

We all love familiarity and until we get accustomed to change, It will be disliked.

I feel like the old font was a more "intelligent" looking font. I feel like the change should have been a little less boring and mainstream. It just looks like everything else. The old font wasn't even particularly unique, but it was more so than the current one. I'm open to change, but I always prefer something that improves. However, I'm sure they have their reasons for changing it how they have. I would be curious to know what lead them to that choice.

I don't know what to feel about it. The 'G' just doesn't feel right on the new logo.

Hidden Lesson: Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of.
