Google will be buying out the livestreaming service Twitch for 1 billion dollars. It is un-announced when the deal will actually take place, but changes are already being made to Twitch. Like Youtube, Twitch now has anti-copyright in place, and your stream can and will be muted if it plays copy-written music. Lot's of large streamers are already starting to lose hope in Twitch and are jumping ship and moving to new and upcoming platforms such as Hitbox.tv.
So what do you guys think of this? I personally stream all the time on Twitch (http://www.twitch.tv/tarew), so this may or may not affect me. I don't play music at all on my stream so nothing has happened to my account yet, but I will be leaving if Google+ is incorporated into Twitch at all. If in the future I do plan on getting music, I will hopefully be popular enough to make a deal with something like Monstercat so I can play their mixes and whatnot.
