It's a different one, that's for sure.

I like Twitch because the audience is mostly English, Hitbox is a bunch of different Asian races stuffed into one site.

Social media is the easiest way for the creators of it (So in this case Google) to acquire as much information about you as possible. Information is power, and Google loooooooves power.

This is great for Twitch, but I don't like the idea of Google taking ownership. They made a lot of changes to Youtube that I strongly dislike.

I knew Twitch would stray eventually. It's too good to stay itself. Google has enough money that they could quadruple the price of Twitch and still make loads of money from it. When the trade goes over, I will completely stop using Twitch. YouTube is great and all, but Twitch will be more ad-filled then ever, and it will be HORRIBLE.

Feel sorry for all the streamers that have put in effort into their twitch channel.

ThAt's actgually how I was feeling about this. Someone like Sodapoppin would be able to switch to Hitbox and take 50% of his viewers but someone with like 10,000 followers that has been working hard for a few months now might get 10 or so active followers to go with him.

i personally was a fan of Twitch, but ever since google released the whole "Google+" thing, ive despised Google and YouTube as a whole. Hopefully they dont run Twitch into the ground.
