Its decent. The size is a bit big and the font looks somewhat blurry.

The design is quite nice mate. I recommend making it a bit smaller and also choosing a new font and fixing the blurriness.

Nice little inner glow, if you flashed it and added some blur / used frames you could make a really nice roaring flash effect.
