Yes I am.

Well, perhaps they should start using one. It's not computational science- a couple of minutes to Install and connect.

ExpressVPN, NordVPN and Surfshark, are just a few that still work In China at the time of this post.

I'd argue I'm a total normie and several of my normie friends and I have used VPNs. It's certainly moving towards the mainstream world.

It's always good practice to navigate behind a VPN.

You never know who's monitoring your activity at any given time.

This is true. Though, I must admit, I haven't spent a lot of time on a VPN. Especially when gaming or just watching Netflix xD

Depending on the server/country you connect to, It can significantly slowdown your connection.

If that's the case, you're better off not using a VPN when watching Netflix.

That, and I'd need one that matched the country I was in if I wanted to access the same shows XD On the flipside, sometimes US Netflix has some good shows...

Tik Tok again a Chinese product which have certain privacy issues rightly needs to be banned. True Tik Tok is very popular all over the globe, but when countries security is at stake, this is the right decision. I believe many other countries too are contemplating on banning Tik Tok. India have already done, I believe.
