thanks look helpful to me , i like it has html script otherwise i would corrupt my theme coding.i will test and let you know , in wordress they gave plugin but in blogger always irritating.

Be sure to backup your HTML template prior to making changes. I've created a "test blog", which Is a lot safer than fiddling around with my active blog.

nope i didnt try , i forgot also , i dont think so it will add to my theme .

It doesn't Involve editing the HTML template, so It should work with any theme.

Ultimately, It's obviously your choice.

i am thinking to add some look widget gadget whatever name it ... to make blog looks cool , recently i try to add chrismas effect, rain effect doen't work it was a small html script was made in 2013-14 maybe old code ... searching some latest one .

When I'm searching for tweaks for my blog, I always look at the date first.

A lot has changed with Blogger over the years, hence some tweaks are outdated.
