That a friend of mine gets his hands on working credit cards from the deep web.

How should he handle them? What can he or should he buy?

Any way to launder it into crypto?

In an imaginary scenario I guess you could make a paypal account make a shoppy.gg or sellix.io store. Then buy an item from your store after its done login to the paypal send the money to a bitcoin wallet. After you get some money built up maybe find you someone who will take your btc and ship it to your house *elonmusk.
