If so, surely they'd provide a reason for the disconnection.
the reason they've gave was that there is apparentloy a lot of traffic towards unliked online services, such as mega.nz

even though im cracking apps and sharing them through mega.nz, it is not a valid reason to just stop a customer's wifi

i monitor my wifi quite frequently, like every few hours. i've already had some unwanted people on the network but i just blacklisted them and thats it, i get a notification everytime a device connects & disconnects

i didn't have any unwanted devices connecting to my wifi since april

Did they specifically mention Mega?

If so, that's the most pathetic reason (that I've had the displeasure of reading) to terminate an Internet connection.

maybe use a vpn next time just for one specific browser or app...etc.
As Proton vpn has tunnel splitting(it takes some time but you can create as many accounts as you want with premium for one week). Use guerillamail to validate your account when requested.Or find/ask for nord accounts(those are actually in thousands leaked online).

It could be related to any activity you've performed that they've deemed Inappropriate and In violation of their terms.

Personally, I'd be requesting specific reason(s) for their actions.

It's not good enough from an ISP's standpoint.

This Is a prime example of why you should always navigate behind a VPN. Your ISP can see that you're connected to the VPN, but not anything beyond that.

What they think Is Immaterial. A VPN Isn't always used for malicious/Illegal purposes.

Given the Internet Is packed with hackers, trackers and countless Information gathering services, simply protecting your privacy and remaining anonymous Is paramount.
