How are you verifying the second factor of authentication? Phone or otherwise?

If It's via an "authenticator app", the app Itself Is locked to a single device and will not allow access from other devices.

hey, i got one of my gmail account suspended, i know the email has been leaked in the past but ive changed my password a bunch of time since that (them being stronger everytime), i wanted to watch youtube and i noticed that it woudn't load, that my profile picture was changed to a deleted one & that i just coudn't login anymore

does anyone know how to recover a Google Account? because i kinda care about this email lmfao.

It doesn't happen often (I've never personally experienced It), but It can If you violate their policies- one of which Is sending mass/spam emails.

i havent used this email to do anything illegal, ot has nothing related to sinister.ly nor hacking at all

So does It say the code has been sent (but you don't receive It), or there's no functionality when attempting to generate It?

Stating the obvious, what recovery options do you have on the account?

This sounds like quite the fuss.

I've had issues in the past recovering an account. This was early days before 2FA was a thing. I'd create a Gmail account, forget the details as I almost never used it, and was never able to reset the password. Things have changed a lot since then. I wish I could help, but I'll follow this thread for now to see what happens. Hopefully will know what to do should this happen to me.
