Added a new tool called Reverse URL Shortener and it does exactly that; Reverses any shortened URL into the original link. Great for unknown/suspicious links.

It's all good now. I've heavily configured Tor, which Is why I was experiencing problems.

It was the Exit Node that was the Issue. I've created a new circuit (different country & IP), and It's loading fine.
