RE: Girlfriend pregnant #11
I'm sure we all understand your feelings for the girl. Most of us including my self have been there before especially when you're younger. BUT DO NOT change your life by taking care of someone else's child so early on. This will be something you come to regret and currently the girl is going to be looking for someone to help raise a child with her. So she will most likely tell you anything you would like to hear and if the girl is "just finding out" she's pregnant then she must recently have gotten knocked up by someone.

This tells me that either you two haven't been together very long or the child is yours. Also the slight chance that she did cheat on you.
Just be careful OP don't risk ruining your life.

I hope this makes her time easier.

This thread Is dated late 2014. Less nine months of pregnancy, the child will be well and truly over 3 years old.

Please read what this board considers grave digging.

Wait.. wow then why is it on top of this forum section? Had I looked at that then I wouldn't have commented.

It wasn't you who grave dug It, so you've done nothing wrong by commenting after the event.

Get a dna test and if its yours get an ab*rtion. You're 16, you're not ready for this. How would you even raise your family with minimum wage

I'm totally against that- It's still a human life being disposed.

It's simply my view, each to their own.

your thoughts on this

Get a DNA test... either way you go... if you ARE the father, you know its your responsibility. if you are NOT the father, you can choose if you want that responsibility.

But given that she said, cheated on you.... Id get the DNA test and hope to god you aren't the father, and never, talk to her again. let alone fuck her.

well tbh, its not his, technically, its hers... and she is the one who has the abortion, not him... even if he is the father. so depending on the dynamics of the relationship and situation, abortion could be an option, but morally speaking, I wont go there on my personal values. I believe people should have the right to choose, and wont go past that point inferring what "they" should do. As far as the law is concerned, he cant have the abortion, nor can he make her have one. other than thru other illegal or immoral means perhaps, and we do see that in society... sadly.

I admire your courage. Not saying having children is bad or scary, but I think hindsight is 20/20 and Im almost 40 years old. Ive fucked up plenty of times, and Ive been in your shoes. I can sympathize with what you both are going thru. I hope you both have the desired outcomes that benefit you ALL the most, and that it occurs naturally and without effort or strain. I think, if you actually dont care that she cheated, and you all are going to go for it, fucking embrace it, and do it. go for it. Be a couple that can communicate, and talk about EVERY thing, including hurt and distrust, etc. Show the world two people CAN make it. Smile I hope the best for you all.

So If the child was born, he/she will be In their early years of schooling. That aside, sound advice you've given.

Better be sure who is the dad, but anyway kids on young age aren't easy to handle. Better for her would be to abort since the first months
