Yes you can.

There's quite a number of tutorials floating around the net.

Just some feedback in regards to this:
If you use Rufus, it will make USB in for secure boot by default. You CAN change this, but may experience unfavorable results.
Tested on various systems. Most prefer UEFI enabled, along with SECURE BOOT enabled. You have to roll the clock back (usually to 10-28-2017) for full functionality. If you get errors, TOGGLE THESE OPTIONS. SECURE BOOT, SYSTEM TIME, CSM-Mode.
If you boot legacy, there is a password remover.
To unlock Microsoft enabled accounts, There are a couple of approaches:
* net user Administrator /active:yes
*or you can disable the RE from requiring a password (reg edit)

I know I'm new here, but I'm not new to the scene. Maybe I'll get around to patching up the programs disregard the date and time completely. No promises though.

Thank you for this. Just unfortunate that PC Doctor doesn't work.
It and the older PC-Check from previous MRIs are incredibly useful to find bad hardware quickly and easily.

I've experienced quite a few Issues when changing It's default settings, but that aside, I must say that Rufus Is an excellent tool to create bootable USB sticks.
