I will most likely not be making any more of these types of signatures. I will however, release a tutorial on how to do this as soon as I get some spare time!

Thank you for saying that! I made it using Timeline and motion blur... :p

Whenever I use timeline, the frames go super slow even on 0 seconds.

And when I save it as a gif, it doesn't move. Halp. ; n ;

When you save the file, do you use this setting: (?)

File > Save for Web

As to why it moves so slow even when you are using the Timeline in Photoshop, I don't really know. It may be your specs that can't handle Timeline or it may be something else that I don't know about. One thing you should note though, is that GIFs tend to become slower when you save it.

Its a "Screen-Tear" effect, and I've already made a tutorial on it.
