I might give you acces but only if you make the "warez" site register only + a TOS wich claims the Administrator free of everything..
having a vps server located in NewYork/NewJersey wich iam not really using anyways,
you could get ftp acces to upload/edit the site for things like databases/installs you always can contact me.
the VPS is connected to a 100mbit line with 9 ip's and 2 domains linked
hackpowered.net and hackpowered.asia.

As I found out by doing a little research for myself, there is actually a great variety available to users who want to use warez on a free or relatively cheap web hosting site. You just have to make a good research and eliminate those in the first place, that are really expensive. Then, if you take a closer look it is very easy to find a good provider that supports warez and has a great client support in general including the allowance of installing overall features and a range of free programs just like WordPress and Co as well.
