Hey,
Just think a useful addition to the site would be a "bugs and glitches" section. That way if users are having issues with the site, they can browse to see if the issue has occured to other users and look for a fix. If there isnt one they could post in the following format what is wrong :
1. Describe the bug
2. When does it happen?
3. What are you doing when it happens?
4. Picture evidence
