Flaws in Windows #1
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1 - Put a txt file in a folder with long name and spaces
Example: c:\test\test file.txt

2 - Put a exe file in the folder
Example: c:\test\test.exe

Open Execute (Winkey + R)
Type the txt url (1) and enter
It will execute (2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another flaw that i found

1 - Create a folder
2 - Edit the name of the folder by clicking once or right click > rename
3 - Copy a text and Ctrl + V in the name of the folder

Ctrl + V doesn't work with rename
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another one

1 - Create a file or folder on your desktop
2 - Rename the file or folder to con

The name con is not allowed in Windows
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm surprised you have a problem with Windows.

I haven't used a desktop since 2019. And when I was using it, I always used Linux on it.

If you're referring to Windows updates, It can be disabled by stopping the Windows Update service and removing Its related files from the System32 directory.

I'm surprised you have a problem with Windows. In fact, personally, I am fine with everything. At first I didn't understand it either and saw a lot of flaws, but then thanks to the Internet I understood Windows. Of course, there are mini-problems and flaws everywhere and always. But for me I have found much more pluses that outweigh all the minuses. I am a gaming enthusiast, and the only thing I needed extra was a DirectX 10 or higher compatible graphics card for optimal performance. I think there are solutions to the problems you are having. Try searching on the internet and find a solution.

I believe the OP Is simply pointing out the flaws, and not basing his post on personal Issues.
