Finding a PS5 for sale at MSRP?

How is everyone finding PS5's for sale at list price? Seems like the only PS5's I can find are at 100+% markups from scalpers.

There are a few twitter accounts that notify when various stores have them in stock, but wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.

Most of my friends bought it using this method, it seems to work well (usually took 2-3 weeks for them to find one)
