Mine was when a drunk customer came in and brought us a 6 pack of beer, hard boiled eggs and a sandwich.

That's hilarious. A combination I've never come across, and probably never will.

Mine was when I went out for dinner with some friends to a pizza place, and I ordered a medium capricciosa.

Much to my surprise, he came to my table with a family pizza and said "For someone of your size, this Is to make sure you're still not hungry, but don't tell anyone". What he was referring to was my height at 198 cm. I wasn't charged extra, and kindly thanked him afterwards.
