I want to code my own fake MSP/PSN Generator for YouTube. Can anybody help me start by telling me what programs/languages I have to know? It doesn't have to be real, just a look-like that leads to a survey or fake code or something.

You can make a fake .exe in visual basic or c# or if you want it in a web page you'll need a 25 digit random number generator in php slap a logo on it and you're good to go.

I can probably make you a exe version if you want.

I just want the .exe version. If you could make it, that would be perfect. In return ill make you a little GFX or something. Make sure it generates completely random 25 character codes.
