F5, it's easier and because you can't press the other one twice without the page loading properly on Chrome.

I always click refresh. I know about F5 but I've always done it this way and whenever I try to get myself to use F5 I keep forgetting lol.

I just click refresh as 1. I never remember and 2. I just find it easier.
