Now, my father is coming from UK, nobody has his phone number.... so I can't call him...

You should report in Police anyways. Not all cops are bad.
You've seen them, they'll catch them easily.

Well, I'll report it tomorrow, there is no chance of catching them since there are tons of people who do this kind of sht everyday.... but at least they might put more cops on guard around the area...
