Elite Section.

I think there should be a private section for 'Elite' members, in which you could post basically anything in, because I think there should be some kind of benefit of being elite rather than just having a different userbar.

I think the "elite" should have other privileges. Its the perks that keeps people visiting sites.

At this time, they are able to give other users more reputation, can post in the Elite Lounge, and have a shiny title.
I plan on adding more later on, but given the fact there is only one member of the group - it is a bit pointless.
