Edit this animated gif into an avatar?

Please can someone edit this to make it more like an avatar?
So maybe shorten the animation to just one of the angles (pref the one with the girl on the left blowing bubbles cos Stefflon Don's cleavage looks better lol) and cut off the sides and maybe slow it down?
Preferably 200*200.
And preferably with the word rapdab on it.

Everything else is upto the designer.

Do you want it just to be focused on the girl blowing bubbles? Or the camera to be in the middle?

I use ezgif for stuff like that. It is still 1.1MB so most forums wont allow it. Maybe use optimise, drop some colours and try to get it below 500 KB your self.
