Ebola Outbreaks 2014 08-05-2014, 05:56 PM

So, I can't trust anything or anyone past as far as I can see with my eyes closed.
I'm curious on what everyone's thoughts are on this Ebola outbreak. I'm thinking it's definitely Ebola Reston and not Ebola Zaire.
Now, I'm not sure what the Government plans are with this. I guess I'll have to wait and see.
The part I'm intrigued by is that Barack Obama just signed and changed part of Executive Order 13295
Which allows him to detain and mandate the apprehension of Americans
Here is the original segment unmodified:
"(b) Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), which is
a disease associated with fever and signs and symptoms of
pneumonia or other respiratory illness, is transmitted from
person to person predominantly by the aerosolized or droplet
route, and, if spread in the population, would have severe public
health consequences."
The modified segment:
"(b) Severe acute respiratory syndromes, which are
diseases that are associated with fever and signs and symptoms of
pneumonia or other respiratory illness, are capable
of being transmitted from person to person, and that either are
causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic, or,
upon infection, are highly likely to cause mortality or serious
morbidity if not properly controlled. This subsection does not
apply to influenza."
Here is a link of the documented change
Well, looks like he just changed the entire definition of (SARS)
I just find the timing of all of this rather... odd
Let's not get quarantined
