1. Download dropbox and make a account on your computer with this link to get 250 MB free
   
2. Download dropbox to your iPod Touch or iPhone its free
   
3. Open your dropbox folder on your computer and put music in the public folder
   
4. Go back to your ipod while it uploads and change local storage to 200 MB or more
   
5. Put a song you want to store offline and click the star at the bottom, now it is used for offline storage

This also works for any other file format that normally works on iPod touch or iPhone
