Definitely Python would be a good starter and then through experience, you can work your way up to harder ones.

C++ is an exceptional pain. I don't really view HTML as a language. At least not in terms of actual programming.

Bullshit. If you knew ASM, programming in binary is literally the same thing represented differently, since ASM is just a nice way of representing binary.

HTML and CSS aren't PROGRAMMING languages, they're Markup and Styling languages. Javascript is the associated thing closest to a programming language.
Brainfuck is just aweful, but once you get used to it, it's nice.

I would probably say C++ is the hardest and HTML the easiest.

Try intercal, you have to be polite and say please just the right amount of times or the program won't compile.
