*Definition of Nightmare here*
Hi [username]
Dreams. Sometimes they are future indicators, repeat your haunted fears, and sometimes downright outrageous.
Post your experiences of dreams/nightmares which appear to be realistic, and/or become to be partially/totally true in real life.

I haven't had nightmares in years. That's is kinda lame when you watch a great horror movie,
and when you go to sleep, nothing! Maybe i shouldn't complain

I dream a lot and I have quite a few nightmares too. When I have nightmares it's not about monsters under my bed or anything like that. It's about ONE single topic that I fear and its something that bothers a lot. What fears me is something IRL thing.

My experiences tell me nightmares are usually about either something which you are good at/love, gone horribly wrong.

Ever tried to remember your dreams? They are not meant to reside in memory.
There are only rare ones you can, especially when you try to remember them asap after you wake up.

There are some dreams that you'll remember always. Have you had dreams which you can still "see" in your head if you think it, but you can't explain them in words.
That is just so weird. Controlling dreams would be so fun. Sometimes i can control my dreams but then i get too excited and i wake up.

I had a dream recently which was no less than a nightmare to me and yet it will sound as a funny incident to you. I wish you had never experienced this.
Here it goes :-
"I saw that I am running in void space and some predicate logics are after me and they want to kill me. Then Suddenly I came to a forest and the trees transformed themselves to grammar rules (formal language) and there are infinite number of rules which can be applied to solve any problem, they wanted to make me their slave, I ran again and then two demons appeared named Yacc and Lex they tried to eat me. Finally I reached the country JavaCC and the king saved me."
