I wouldn't. Alcohol is very bad for you, whereas Cannabis isn't much harmful to anything but your lungs. I'd much rather smoke a spliff than have a few cans of beer. Cheaper for me too.

Because cannabis is illegal. Were it legal there would be a significant drop in price given its high production rate.
