Lolwut, did I say anything about teeth? It's tissue damage, that's how it works. It cuts up your mouth so the chemicals can get in better. Albeit I do believe chew is 'a bit' healthier than smoking tobacco, because of thermal and carcinogenic damage to the mouth, throat, and lungs. You would still be better off with Nicotine gum,patches or E-Cig. Significantly less harmful than chew. Do YOUR research.

Anyways, I don't mean to come off as offensive, it's your lifestyle choice. If it makes you happy, do it. I apologize if I offended anyone.

Yeah man I quit smoking cigarettes a while back.
I still like to take good care of my mouth as much as possible while dipping so i hope it goes well.

  I did some research about chew today, the common rumor about chewing tobacco containing fiber glass seems to generally be untrue (At least for most brands) So I admit to being a bit ignorant in that respect.

Spoiler:

"Although small, glass-like particles can be seen, this is due to the formation of salt crystals - there is no fiberglass in dip. The addition of glass to dipping tobacco would be extremely ineffective as a delivery method, as bleeding and inflammation would be likely to decrease the intake of nicotine."

Either way, there is definitely evidence  of the stuff being worse for you than the healthier alternatives I listed earlier.
No worries though. No hard feelings. Stay healthy/safe dude. =)
